This Membership Policy and Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your membership with AICreditRepairAgency.com (“AICreditRepairAgency),” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up for a membership and paying the applicable fee, you (“you,” “the member,” or “client”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. Please read this document carefully.

1. Membership Plans and Fees:

AICreditRepairAgency.com offers various membership plans to provide credit repair services. The available plans and their corresponding fees are as follows:

• Monthly Membership: A recurring monthly fee of $19.00 USD. Your membership will automatically renew each month until you cancel.
• 90-Day Membership: A one-time fee of $39.00 USD for a 90-day membership period, commencing on the date of enrollment. This plan will automatically renew every 90-Days.
• 6-Month Membership: A one-time fee of $59.00 USD for a 6-month membership period, commencing on the date of enrollment. This plan will automatically renew every 6 – Months. 
• Annual Membership: A one-time fee of $89.00 USD for a 12-month (1-year) membership period, commencing on the date of enrollment. This plan will automatically renew.
• Lifetime Membership: A one-time fee of $159.00 USD for lifetime membership period, commencing on the date of enrollment. This plan will not renew.

2. Services Included in Membership:

• Analysis of your credit reports from the three major credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion).
• Preparation and mailing of dispute letters to credit bureaus and/or creditors on your behalf for inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.
• Educational resources and guidance on credit rights and responsible credit behavior.
• Ongoing support via www.aicreditrepairagency.com.

Please note: We do not guarantee the removal of specific negative items or a specific increase in your credit score, as these outcomes depend on various factors beyond our control, including the accuracy and verifiability of your credit information and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors.

3. Billing and Payment:

• Monthly Membership: By selecting the monthly membership, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method the recurring monthly fee of $19.00 USD on the same day of the month as your initial enrollment (or the closest subsequent day if that date does not exist in a particular month).
• 90-Day, 6-Month, Annual and Lifetime Memberships: The full membership fee for these plans is due and payable upon enrollment.
• All fees are stated in United States Dollars (USD).
• You agree to provide us with accurate and up-to-date payment information. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available for each payment.
• If a payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. If repeated attempts fail, we may suspend or terminate your membership.
• We reserve the right to change our membership fees upon providing you with reasonable prior notice.

4. Membership Term and Renewal:

• Monthly Membership: Your monthly membership will continue month-to-month until you or AICreditRepairAgency terminates it as outlined in Section 5.
• 90-Day, 6-Month, Annual and Lifetime Memberships: These memberships have a fixed term of 90 days, 6 months, 1 year or lifetime, respectively, and will automatically expire at the end of the term unless you choose to purchase a new membership. We may send you reminders prior to the expiration date.

5. Cancellation and Termination:

• Your Right to Cancel (Initial 3-Day Period): You have the right to cancel your membership without any charge or obligation at any time within three (3) business days from the date of your enrollment. To cancel within this period, you must notify us in writing via email to [Your Cancellation Email Address] or mail to [Your Company Mailing Address]. Any fees paid within this period will be fully refunded.
• Cancellation After the Initial 3-Day Period:
• • Monthly Membership: You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide us with notice of cancellation at least [Number] days prior to your next billing date. You can cancel through your account on our website [Link to client portal, if applicable] or by emailing 1.888.774.3109. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.
• • 90-Day, 6-Month, Annual, and Lifetime Memberships: These memberships are for a fixed term. Cancellation before the end of the term will not result in a refund of any portion of the membership fee.
• Termination by AICreditRepairAgency: We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time for cause, including but not limited to: breach of this Agreement, providing false or misleading information, or engaging in illegal or unethical activities. In the event of termination by us for cause, no refund will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Guarantees:

As stated in Section 2, you acknowledge and understand that AICreditRepairAgency does not guarantee the removal of any specific negative items from your credit report or any specific improvement in your credit score. Our services are intended to assist you in exercising your rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) to challenge inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information.

7. Compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA):

AICreditRepairAgency is a credit repair organization. You have certain rights under the FCRA. For more information about your rights, please refer to the disclaimer on our website at www.aicreditrepairagency.com/fcra-disclaimer.

8. Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AICreditRepairAgency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your membership or the services provided, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount of membership fees you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.  

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801

10. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AICreditRepairAgency regarding your membership and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

11. Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Membership Policy and Agreement at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any material changes. Your continued membership after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
