Service Fees:

Our fees are for the professional services rendered in analyzing your credit reports, preparing and sending dispute letters to credit bureaus and/or creditors, providing educational materials, and ongoing support as outlined in your service agreement.

No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes:

While we strive for the best possible results, please understand that credit repair is a process influenced by various factors, including the accuracy and verifiability of your credit information and the responses of credit bureaus and creditors. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the removal of specific negative items or a specific increase in your credit score.

Refund Conditions:

A refund may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Non-Performance: If, after [Number] days/months (as specified in your agreement), we have not performed the core services outlined in your agreement (e.g., initial credit report analysis and sending initial dispute letters), you may be eligible for a partial refund of the service fees paid for that period.
Violation of Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA): If we are found to be in violation of the Credit Repair Organizations Act, you are entitled to certain rights and remedies under that law, which may include a refund.

Refund Process:

No Refunds For:

Services already rendered, including credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation and mailing, and educational materials provided.

Delays or outcomes caused by the actions or inactions of credit bureaus, creditors, or yourself (e.g., failure to provide requested information promptly).

Cancellation Policy:

You have the right to cancel your service without charge at any time within three (3) business days from the date you signed the agreement. After this initial cancellation period, your agreement will continue on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis, and cancellation after this point will be subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
